Effects of Discipline Management Strategies Employed By Teachers on Students’ Learning Process in Public Secondary School in Rorya District Tanzania

This study aimed at investigating effects of discipline management strategies employed by teachers on students’ learning process in public secondary school Rorya district Tanzania. was guided the following research questions: what are types indiscipline cases schools district? What How do affect teaching and activities The based choice theory social theory. It adapted mixed methods design, specifically convergent parallel method research. A total 135 respondents from five participated study. major instruments used were questionnaires, interview guide document analysis. Statistical Package for Social Science version 26.0 analysis quantitative data, data analyzed using frequencies percentages, results presented tables pie charts. Qualitative thematic through coding. revealed that some like corporal punishments severe canning not help students but discourage ability to hence truancy. suggested should use more guidance counselling control behavior. Construction hostel will reduce late comers
