Effects of Discipline Management Strategies Employed By Teachers on Students’ Learning Process in Public Secondary School in Rorya District Tanzania

This study aimed at investigating effects of discipline management strategies employed by teachers on students’ learning process in public secondary school Rorya district Tanzania. was guided the following research questions: what are types indiscipline cases schools district? A total 135 respondents from five participated study. major instruments used were questionnaires, interview guide document analysis. Statistical Package for Social Science version 26.0 analysis quantitative data, data analyzed using frequencies percentages, results presented tables pie charts.
